No Verichip For Me

November 13th, 2008

VeriChip is an injectable identification chip that can be inserted under the skin of a human being to provide biometric verification. VeriChip, manufactured by Applied Digital Solutions, is about the size of a grain of rice. It holds an identification number, an electromagnetic coil for transmitting data, and a tuning capacitor; the components are enclosed inside a silicon and glass container that is compatible with human tissue. The chip, which uses an RFID (wireless transmission) technology similar to the injectable ID chips used by animal shelters to tag pets, can be read by a proprietary scanner up to four feet away.

The site that I became fascinated with uses a logo similar to that of Intel’s, which states, “No Verichip Inside”. It was here that I learned about how crazy this thing has become. The site is We The People Will Not Be Chipped. Spread it! But more importantly, oppose the tracking and control of human beings. Oppose anything that violates your freedoms. This is why we live in this country. It’s about time Americans started to behave as the founding fathers intended. Show your support! Oppose The Real ID Act. March, write, sing, paint, scream, film and be free! You have the power. People have the power.

How Much Is Needed for Vitamin D?

Vitamin D and the Sun

Coinciding with the first weeks of summer, a study just published underscores the importance of getting adequate amounts of sunlight for its vitamin D-boosting benefits. The research, published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, shows that those with the lowest vitamin D levels have more than double the risk of dying from heart disease and other causes over an eight-year period compared with those with the highest vitamin D levels. The researchers cite “decreased outdoor activity” as one reason that people may become deficient in vitamin D. Another recent study found an increased risk of heart attacks in those with low vitamin D levels.

In the winter, it’s impossible to produce vitamin D from the sun if you live north of Atlanta because the sun never gets high enough in the sky for its ultraviolet B rays to penetrate the atmosphere. But summer is a great time to stock up on the nutrient. When the sun’s UV-B rays hit the skin, a reaction takes place that enables skin cells to manufacture vitamin D. If you’re fair skinned, experts say going outside for 10 minutes in the midday sun—in shorts and a tank top with no sunscreen—will give you enough radiation to produce about 10,000 international units of the vitamin. Dark-skinned individuals and the elderly also produce less vitamin D, and many folks don’t get enough of the nutrient from dietary sources like fatty fish and fortified milk.

The government’s dietary recommendations are 200 IUs a day up to age 50, 400 IUs to age 70, and 600 IUs over 70. But many experts believe that these recommendations are far too low to maintain healthful vitamin D levels. They advocate for supplementation in the winter a minimum of 2,000 IUs per day as well as a dose of daily sunshine in the summer.

The sunshine vitamin may protect against a host of diseases, including osteoporosis, heart disease, and cancers of the breast, prostate, and colon. What’s more, sunlight has other hidden benefits—like protecting against depression, insomnia, and an overactive immune system.

Given all the upsides of basking at least briefly in the summer sun, many experts now worry that public-health messages warning about skin cancer have gone overboard in getting people to cover up and seek the shade. U.S. News got in touch with Robyn Lucas, an epidemiologist at Australian National University who led a study published in the February issue of the International Journal of Epidemiology.

Thai Government Deals Patent Blow to Big Pharma’s Cancer Drug Monopoly

August 21st, 2008

(NaturalNews) Health Minister Chaiya Sasomsap said that the government of Thailand will override the patents on three cancer drugs, after pressure from health activists and doctors calling on him to resign. Over the course of five years, the decision is expected to save the government of Thailand, and cost the pharmaceutical companies, more than 3 billion baht ($100 million).

It is not the first time that Thailand has issued compulsory licenses to override the patents on expensive drugs. In 2006, former Health Minister Mongkol na Songkhla overrode the patent on the HIV/AIDS medication Efavirenz, manufactured by Merck.

Mongkol said that a poor nation such as Thailand could not afford to pay patented drug prices for the 63 million people on its national health plan - 80 percent of the country’s population. Soon after, he issued compulsory licenses for an Abbot Laboratories AIDS drug and a Sanofi-Aventis heart medicine.

Mongkol also announced patent overrides on three cancer drugs: Letrozole, a Novartis drug for breast cancer; Docetaxel, a Sanofi-Aventis drug for breast and lung cancer; and Erlotinib, a Roche drug for lung, ovarian and pancreatic cancer. But when Chaiya took over as health minister in February 2008, the three affected drug companies launched a lobbying effort to reverse Mongkol’s decision.

Chaiya, a businessman with no history in medicine, announced that he would review the decision, calling it “politically correct … but not legally correct.” He also fired the Health Ministry’s top negotiator responsible for securing lower prices for foreign drug companies. Outraged doctors and health activists immediately launched a campaign to remove Chaiya from office.

On March 10, Chaiya announced that Mongkol’s initial decision would be upheld.

“The findings have convinced me to go ahead with the compulsory licenses, since the ministry’s policy is to give patients good access to quality drugs at cheap prices,” he said.

In February, drug company Novartis averted a compulsory license on its leukemia drug Glivec by agreeing to provide it to hundreds of Thai patients for free.

U.S. Surgical Errors Cost Nearly $1.5 Billion Annually

August 21st, 2008

A recent analysis by the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) indicates that employers pay out almost $1.5 billion each year to cover the costs incurred from preventable adverse medical events in surgical patients.

The costs of surgical errors were estimated by analyzing data from a nationwide sample of more than 161,000 adult patients who underwent surgery in 2001 and 2002.

Preventable errors included technical problems, infections, pulmonary and vascular problems, acute respiratory failure, metabolic problems, wound problems, and events related to nursing care. Respiratory failure and infections were particularly costly adverse events; insurers paid over $28,000 and over $19,000 extra for a surgical patient who had respiratory failure or an infection, respectively.

Other added costs included more than $12,000 for episodes related to nursing care, more than $11,500 for metabolic problems, close to $8,000 for pulmonary and vascular problems, and nearly $1,500 for wound problems.

Health Ranger Volunteers to be Michael Phelps’ Nutritionist to Win More Gold in 2012 Olympics

August 21st, 2008

(NaturalNews) In previous articles here on NaturalNews, I’ve criticized Olympian Michael Phelps for promoting McDonald’s fast food and sugary breakfast cereals to children. I’ve also reported on Phelps’ atrocious diet of processed foods and the astonishing fact that his own mother designed nutrition programs at a middle school in Maryland where she serves as the Principal. But rather than merely criticizing Phelps, I think it’s important to educate the young man about a better solution than junk foods: Superfoods and plant-based nutrition!

In this article, you’ll read my message for Phelps where I urge him to turn to superfoods nutrition if he wants to do well in the 2012 Olympics. I also volunteer my own services as his nutrition coach, and I even offer to retract my criticism articles on NaturalNews if he will announce an end to his promotions of junk foods.

Here’s the message to Phelps:

Michael Phelps: You can still be a hero to America!

Here’s a message straight to Michael Phelps: It’s not too late for you to be a true hero! You can end your endorsements of junk foods and hold a press conference, announcing you will from now on limit your endorsements to those products that receive approval from an advisory board of informed nutritionists (or a similar group). You can transcend your tremendous victories as an athlete and become a multi-faceted champion for health, serving as a role model for hundreds of millions of children around the world.

And if you choose to pursue this route of socially-responsible endorsements, you will even transcend the other celebrities who have failed to make such responsible choices, positioning yourself as a champion among champions — a person who not only has astounding athletic skills, but who also has an open heart and a sense of compassion for fellow human beings.

Michael Phelps, if you make the choice to end your promotions of junk foods and processed foods — and instead promote healthful foods for children — NaturalNews will retract our previous stories about you and write a glowing review of how you have transformed both inside and outside the Olympics, becoming a true role model for your many fans.

Here at NaturalNews, we can’t financially compete with a million-dollar deal from Kellogg’s, but with our option, you get your ethics back, too. The entire natural health community, I’m sure, is urging you to reconsider your endorsements, and should you choose to do so, you could emerge as a remarkable champion worth so much more to the world than mere money.

Here’s a bonus: You want to kick butt in the 2012 Olympics? The diet you’ve been eating is holding you back. If you switch to a diet of superfoods and plant-based nutrients, your performance can take a quantum leap forward. If you really want to go down in history as the best swimmer ever — and perhaps win NINE gold medals in 2012, superfoods nutrition is the the missing piece that will get you there.

At age 23, junk food seems like it doesn’t affect you. But believe me, it does. And at age 27, it will clobber you. Your swimming career depends on you maximizing your nutrition, and you can’t do that eating McDonald’s, Corn Flakes and pizza.

In fact, I personally volunteer to be your nutrition advisor, should you ever want to take me up on that offer. No charge. I don’t have anything against you personally, Michael, but if you continue to use your celebrity status to promote junk foods, you will never be a true role model. Yet, if you make the choice to leave the Dark Side and embrace honest nutrition (for yourself and for others), you can be a multi-faceted champion the world will never forget.

Do you want to be remembered as the Olympian who won eight gold medals and then bombed out in 2012 while cashing in on junk food endorsements? Or do you want to be a repeat world champion who serves as an inspiration to millions, both in and out of the pool?

The world will respond to your choices. YOU are the one who determines whether the response is positive or negative. You are writing your own history now. I urge you to use this opportunity to MAKE history. Transcend your sport. Become a champion of a human being for people everywhere! Ditch the junk foods. Endorse healthful foods. Earn the right to remain a celebrated human being.

How to Achieve Success With Your Personal Goals by Coach Dax Moy

July 31st, 2008

(NaturalNews) This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni’s Fountain of Youth Summit, which can be found at (http://fountainofyouthworldsummit.com) . In this excerpt, Dax Moy shares the remaining steps for the Magic 100 program for success.

The Fountain of Youth World Summit with Dax Moy, one of the four most successful achievement coaches for personal trainers in the world.

Kevin: WOW! What’s next?

Dax: What’s next is know why you want it. To be really, really honest, most people don’t know why they want what they want. Or they will never admit it to themselves. You know what, they’ll say “oh yeah I would like a new Land Rover Discovery”, in my case you know? “Why do I want it?” You know it’s a great car. And that’s when most people start, “it’s a great car; made me feel…” Basically when I actually went through the “why do I want it” phase, what it really, really, really came down to was: it would make me feel successful, it would make me feel special, it would make me feel like I made it. Those are the obvious reasons. Because it is a great car, it’s got x horsepower, and the wheels are shinning; they are not really good reasons. They are not the things that I see that are going to hold you on course when things get tough, okay? But, when you know why you want it, when you get to the bottom of the real reason well, actually you know? Again, if I even dig a little bit deeper; for most of my life I felt poor, and I felt like I wasn’t going to amount to anything. This was going to make me feel rich, like I was turning into something that I wanted to be.

Kevin: Right, fantastic stuff. So, we have gone through the “why”. So now; what are the next couple of steps?

Dax: The next couple of steps. Know the price. There is a price for everything. You know, you want new shoes, there is a price. You want to get fit, there is a price. Too many people they enter into the beginning phases of a goal, maybe thinking about what they want and why they want it, but they don’t actually say; what is this going to cost me? It might cost you in money. It might cost you in time, commitment, effort, and might cost you in things that; you know, if we are talking about health and fitness, the things that you may have to abstain from.

All I ask, in my personal training students here in the UK that we have — I just finished a team meeting just before I came up and some of my coaches were saying I am having problems with X, you know, and she is saying to me that she is unhappy with the right improvement that she is making. So, I said okay, let me see her journal. She has not been paying; we told her up front what the price was. We said no wheat, dairy, caffeine or alcohol. You’ve got to do your homework twice a day, which is, they are only 10 minute homeworks actually, but you’ve got to do them twice a day, you are going to read these books, you are going to go to sleep at this time at night, you can’t do this, you must do this… That’s not just us being really butting up; you telling me what your stated game is and me telling you the quickest way of getting there.

Kevin: I think it is fantastic that you put it so simply because a lot of people do spend a lot of time planning how they are going to be healthy, and then they get right to the point where, you know, they know what needs to be done and just freeze. What’s the tipping point there?

Dax: The tipping point is, very often what I have found is the people that, the people that struggle with paying the price didn’t commit successfully in the second phase, right? They weren’t really honest with why they wanted it.

And nine times out of ten when I find the person who fails to pay the price, it is going to be someone who wasn’t really honest with themselves about why they wanted it. The other one time out of ten will be a person that once they get there, once they get to the point of paying the price is usually because they don’t believe that the paying of the price will bring them the goods. Yeah, they are terrified. If I tell you that the price is X amount of workout per week, eat this way, go to sleep at this time and you go to sleep later, you only do half the workouts, and you have changed your nutritional strategy; you have not paid the price. And you are not going to get the goods.

Kevin: Wow! How do you practice differently now then you did when you first started? How has your approached changed with people, with the people you work with?

Dax: I’ll rap that up in really one simple answerable word, its systems. I was always a bit of a fly by the seat of my pants kind of guy. I am still very much in tune with my feelings and my emotive factors. I still pay a lot of attention to those but I’ve also tried to set systems up around things that mean, I guess I can reproduce myself. Instead of being one Dax Moy, there are twenty people in my studios doing things exactly the same way Dax Moy does them. So, you get the same workout with them that you’ll get with me. I guess that is one of the biggest things; system, I don’t just mean in terms of my business no, I’ve got a systematic approach in my year. Every single twelve weeks my family and I take a vacation, every twelve weeks without fail. I would consider my year to be spiralling down if that didn’t happened. I don’t work Wednesday or Friday evenings anymore. No, that is not part of my system. I work the rest of the week; I don’t work weekends either anymore actually. It’s kind of like saying, “look for most things there are some exceptions to the rule, but most of us, don’t live within the rule; we live within the exceptions”. I think that’s what I was doing. That is what a lot of my clients do. That is what my students do. That is what a lot of my readers do. They spend their lives living within the exceptions.

Kevin: Well, it kind of answers my last question. If everyone took and maybe you can expand on that; if everyone took one thing away from this particular call, what will it be?

Dax: Set in place a system that will make you happy. For me happiness is the ultimate aim of life. Say if you want to lose 20 or 30 pounds, whatever it is, because being that way and looking the way you look in the mirror at the moment is making you unhappy. With these things to be happy so, why not set in place systems that otherwise you go, you know; the best time to do this is on the days that you are feeling happier the most. And you sit down and you say; “you know I am having a great day today. Why am I feeling so great today?” “I had a great conversation with someone today. I went for a great meal at lunch time, I didn’t rush; I took my time; I still had time to read a book, you know.” “My desk was clear when I got into work this morning that made me feel completely different for the start of my day.” These are all just ingredients for the recipe of happiness and none of us have exactly the same recipe. For example, in my life, I also as well as my family value adventure. So, that is where the twelve weeks vacation comes in. My vacations are pretty adventurous. I have lived in the outback of Australia in a camp cabana. I have parachuted on to the Great Barrier Reef.

So, if I get all the other ingredients and I tell my family that I love them; my work is going great; I have a great meal and I read a book, but now twelve weeks have gone by and I go, “God I haven’t had any adventure anymore”; I start to feel less than me. I no longer feel like me. I feel that in some way I’m starting to diminish.

So, many people are going through life losing themselves. That’s because, quite simply, they are not following their own rules. If you don’t like the word rules, take that word and use the word recipe. You are not following your own recipe for what makes you happy. You know what it is; you know what the ingredients are. I need this amount of time; this amount of money; I need to read these amounts of books; this is the type of body I want; this is the type of sex life I want; this is this, this, this, this, and this, and this, and this. That’s your recipe ingredients but the only trouble is; most people either aren’t going out, you know; they are living on opposite ingredients, they are doing all the things they hate in life and they are wondering why their life is crap.

They might be getting some of the ingredients but not the rest and when they do get them, they never mixed them together. What I mean by mixing them together is creating that system. Here is an interesting thing, most people are looking; I hate people all the time telling me that they are trying to create work life balance, work life balance, work life balance; you hear this? And, I used to be a coach that tried to help people create work life balance. It only lasts six months you know; that is non-sense. We don’t want work life balance. Nothing in life is balance because once it becomes balance, it becomes still. Unless its movement, life’s action. So, we don’t want work life balance at all. I mean, you picture a see-saw right? When the see-saw is at a balance, when its in balance it is at rest; it is not moving.

Kevin: Wow! You know every time I’ve interviewed and talked with you Dax; I’ve really gotten some great insights from it. This is incredible stuff and we are running out of time.

Let me do a little talk here because I have the Magic 100 program and I did it and one of my goals was to go to California and I had no reason whatsoever to go to California and I just put it down there because I just kind of wanted to go. The funny thing about it is that things fell into place, I mean almost within 30 days I had a trip planned to go to California and I had a business meeting out there and there was an Expo out there, and then, it was just insane how it happened. Is it that once you do set the intention and you write it down and you say it out loud, man it just happens. And, just as a testimony to the Magic 100 for me is that I have done it and the power of it is just incredible!

Dannon Sued Over Probiotic Health Claims of Activia Yogurt

July 31st, 2008

(NaturalNews) Yogurt maker Dannon has been hit with a class-action lawsuit alleging that the company has made false and misleading claims about the health benefits of its probiotic line of yogurts.

“Deceptive advertising has enabled Dannon to sell hundreds of millions of dollars worth of ordinary yogurt at inflated prices to responsible, health- conscious consumers,” said attorney Timothy G. Blood.

“All of Dannon’s claims for Activia and DanActive are completely supported by peer-reviewed science and are in accordance with all laws and regulations,” the company responded.

Dannon advertises its Activia and DanActive yogurts as containing probiotic bacteria that help boost the immune system and regulate digestion. An aggressive marketing campaign by the company includes a high-profile ad campaign and a Web site with links to studies showing the benefits of the probiotic bacteria used in Activia products.

The studies cited by Dannon were all funded by the company.

Filed in the United States District Court in California, the lawsuit says that there is no evidence that the yogurt itself functions as advertised, regardless of what various varieties of probiotic bacteria may do in the laboratory.

Probiotics are microorganisms that provide health benefits inside the body, but some scientists say that probiotics remain poorly understood. Of the thousands of probiotics that exist, very few have been tested for their effects when consumed by humans as part of their diets. Laboratory research does not necessarily translate into real health benefits, these researchers say.

“At present, the quality of probiotics available to consumers in food products around the world is unreliable,” says a 2006 report by the American Society for Microbiology.

There are few FDA regulations on marketing claims made on probiotic products, as long as those products do not claim to be equivalent to drugs that have the ability to cure diseases.

Are You Right or Left Brain Dominant?

July 31st, 2008

(NaturalNews) Research is continually showing that using your brain in news ways helps prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s. One way of knowing which parts of your brain is used most is to take this simple test that shows you if you are right or left brain dominant.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFV6h6MX…

Here are some general differences between people who are right brain and left brain dominant:

Left Brain Functions

* uses logic

* detail oriented

* facts rule

* words and language

* present and past

* math and science

* can comprehend

* knowing

* acknowledges

* order/pattern perception

* knows object name

* reality based

* forms strategies

* practical

* safe

Right Brain Functions

* uses feeling

* “big picture” oriented

* imagination rules

* symbols and images

* present and future

* philosophy & religion

* can “get it” (i.e. meaning)

* believes

* appreciates

* spatial perception

* knows object function

* fantasy based

* presents possibilities

* impetuous

* risk taking

In order for us to have full access to our full potential, we need to be able to access both sides of our brains. I was pleasantly surprised that with some effort, I could make the dancer spin in the other direction, which means that I am using the left side of my brain, which is normally more dormant.

The right brain left brain test can show us which part of our brain is most in need of some work, so that we can prevent brain shrinkage and dementia (provided we continue to eat a healthy diet of brain enhancing superfoods).

I actually really enjoy doing addition and math problems, as well as logic and sudoku puzzles. I try not to use a calculator when I need to do number crunching. I am sure that for me, who lives in the creative fantasy world of the right brain, this is particularly beneficial, and truly works my brain in the way that will prevent future illness and disease.

On the other hand, I am sure there are many left brained people who may benefit from doing creative activities, such as painting or poetry in order to work and expand their brain capacity.

Finding out which side of our brain is dominant is a good starting point for realising how our brain works, and how we can wake up other parts of our brains to not only prevent disease, but to live up to our full potential as human beings.

Imagine how much more full our lives will be if we are using every part of our brain. Einstein is a perfect example of someone who used both sides of his brain interchangeably. He was obviously incredibly scientific, logical, and math oriented, yet he was completely in touch with his intuition and right brain creativity.

He once said that “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” (Not a quote you would think of as coming from the typical left brain scientist.)

FDA Expands Pepper Warning in Salmonella Outbreak

July 31st, 2008

THURSDAY, July 31 (HealthDay News) — U.S. health officials have widened their warning on peppers from Mexico after another salmonella-tainted sample, along with tainted irrigation water, was found at a second farm.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration now advises consumers to avoid all raw serrano peppers from Mexico, along with raw jalapenos from that country and all the foods that contain them, the agency announced late Wednesday night.

“Laboratory testing has confirmed that both a sample of serrano pepper and a sample of irrigation water collected by agency investigators on a farm in the state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, contain Salmonella saintpaul with the same genetic fingerprint as the strain of bacteria that is causing the current outbreak in the United States,” the agency said in a news release.

A contaminated jalapeno pepper had been identified two weeks ago at another Mexican farm in a different part of the country, which turned the months-long search for a source of the nationwide outbreak away from fresh tomatoes.

Meanwhile, the latest victim count across the United States and Canada, as of Wednesday, stood at 1,319 , with at least 225 people requiring hospitalization, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The discovery of the contaminated serrano pepper and tainted irrigation water led Lonnie King, the chief of the CDC’s center for foodborne illnesses, to tell the Associated Press on Wednesday, “We have a smoking gun, it appears.”

But health officials cautioned that the investigation wasn’t over and that contamination of several different types of produce was still possible.

The FDA was still analyzing samples taken from many farms in Mexico, the agency’s statement said.

Mexico’s Agriculture Department, according to AP, disputed the FDA’s conclusion that the source of the salmonella outbreak had been found in the Nuevo Leon farm’s irrigation water.

In a statement released Wednesday to the AP, Mexican agriculture officials said, “The farm unit in question ended its harvest more than a month ago, so the sample they say they have lacks scientific validity.” The statement added that the sample “was taken recently from a tank holding rain water that was not used in production.”

Also on Wednesday, U.S. health officials defended their focus on fresh tomatoes at a congressional hearing, saying early signs clearly implicated that produce.

Fresh tomatoes had been the suspected source of the outbreak that began in April. But three weeks ago, U.S. health officials cleared the current crop for consumers. Two weeks ago, they found the first tainted pepper, and then they narrowed the source of contamination to crops in Mexico, not the United States.

According to the CDC, the breakdown by state of ill people shows: Alabama (3), Arkansas (21), Arizona (56), California (11), Colorado (16), Connecticut (5), Florida (4), Georgia (40), Idaho (6), Illinois (116), Indiana (20), Iowa (2), Kansas (21), Kentucky (2), Louisiana (2), Maine (1), Maryland (38), Massachusetts (29), Michigan (26), Minnesota (22), Mississippi (2), Missouri (20), Montana (1), New Hampshire (5), Nevada (13), New Jersey (16), New Mexico (106), New York (39), North Carolina (28), Ohio (10), Oklahoma (25), Oregon (11), Pennsylvania (13), Rhode Island (3), South Carolina (2), Tennessee (10), Texas (502), Utah (2), Virginia (31), Vermont (2), Washington (17), West Virginia (1), Wisconsin (13), and the District of Columbia (1). Five ill persons are from Canada; four appear to have been infected while traveling in the United States, and one individual remains under investigation.

Salmonella is a bacteria that can cause bloody diarrhea in humans. Some 40,000 cases of salmonellosis are reported in the United States each year, although the CDC estimates that because milder cases aren’t diagnosed or reported, the actual number of infections may be 30 or more times greater. Approximately 600 people die each year after being infected.

However, the strain of Salmonella saintpaul had been previously considered rare. In 2007, according to the CDC, there were only six people infected in the country during April through June.

Hidden Dangers of Riding a Bicycle

July 31st, 2008

Men who take up cycling could be harming their health if they don’t choose the right bicycle. They should be wary of problems ranging from genital numbness, erection problems and soreness to skin irritation in the groin area.

Men who cycle frequently can also experience changes to their sperm function because of the excessive heat generated in the pelvic area. Male infertility is recognized as a possible side effect of cycling. Regular cyclists also run a higher risk of testicular damage and impaired testicular function.

Mountain bikers run a particular risk. Studies have shown that they exhibit higher levels of scrotal abnormalities than on-road cyclists.

What should men look for in a bicycle? The proper fit, including the correct level of pedal resistance and saddle height. A properly padded saddle, along with bike shorts, can also help to reduce sexual problems among male cyclists.
