My suppliments
It has been two weeks since I have started taking both the IntraMax and the B-12 supplements, I have seen a great increase in my activity out side of the house, I have also had allot of energy to use as well. This seems to be working very well for me, so I will continue to use both of these products on a regular basis.
Now that I have cleansed the toxins out of my body, and I have started to supplement with a good foundation of quality products, my body has started to work even more efficiently than before. All negative thoughts and emotions seem to be leaving my life style as I make this change. Of course I am also reading and practicing an emotional freedom technique that has also helped me, and I got this from the book Feelings Burried Alive Never Die, Which has also helped me so very much.
I am going to use the IntraCal product next, as I have it on order, I will post how that goes next week some time.
