So I got the order I placed for the B-12 and the Intramax multivitamin. I am really anxious to try both out, and to see what comes of it. I have read a lot about supplementing with a multivitamin, and it is mu understanding that it is ideal to cleanse your system before taking any supplement in order to get maximum usage of it.
