My Diet - Part two
I took the time to write out what I ate yesterday, in hopes of figuring our my diet. I know that I need to eat 3 meals a day at least, and I also want to make my portions smaller, and eat more often during the day. I also know that my diet is not very good right now, but that is really the point of this blog, to make a change.
My diet yesterday:
For breakfast I ate
1 small bowl of oatmeal (about 1/2 a cup with Agave nectar syrup for sweetness)
1 Banana
1 hand full of mixed nuts
1 cup of water (about 16 oz)
1 cup of coffee (about 16 oz)
For Lunch I ate
1 grilled chicken breast
White rice ( 1 1/2 cups cooked)
1 glass of water ( 20 oz)
For Dinner I ate
1 Sonic double cheese burger
1 Sonic ice cream shake ( 20 oz.)
1 glass of water (8 oz)
I can already see that I am not drinking enough water, this needs to be a focus. I can also see that I am not doing well in the evening. When I get home, like most people, I am tired and I don’t want to cook. This will have to change, so I will see what I can do to figure that out. My mornings look strongest to me, so I will continue with that. I think my lunch was good as well, I really just need to focus on my snacks through out the day, and my dinner.
I am still going to be using Oxy-Powder in a regular maintenance dosage, so this should also help me as well.
