Day 7
Any fool can make things bigger, more complex and more violent. It takes a touch of genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction.

So, I have come to the end of my 7 day initial cleanse, this is the last day! I have had no problem with a movement, however, at first it did take some time to see the Oxy-Powder work. I am waking today with the urge to use the restroom, but as I said before, I am going to change my dosage up for maintenance, and take it during the day. I will update on how that turns out as well, as it should be interesting to see what happens. I am truly surprised as to the way this has worked out, I never expected the changes that have happened in just 7 days of cleansing. There is so much more than we are all aware of, I am really going to look into changing my life, because the way I feel from cleansing is inspiring for me, and I hope that future cleanses may provide more of this. Oxy-Powder is an awesome product, and I would and do recommend it to anyone that really wants to change there life.

Congrats! So what’s the next step? I’m with you on the almost spiritual change you go through during a cleanse. I felt like a million bucks when i was done. Now i just won’t stop. It started with a cleanse and now i do maintence and I meet with a womans group once a week. Great for the menatl health. Well love that you keep us posted. Keep up the good job. Gook luck and be well!
Hey Lori,
It is awesome to see you back, and thank for coming to my page! I actually ordered a cleansing system with a liver gallbladder flush and parasite cleanse.
I see that you two are making positive changes in your life, it takes a strong person to stand up to your fears.
Good luck to you!

Mind if I ask what system you ordered for the liver gallbladder flush and parasite cleanse? I would be interested after my colon cleansing is done.
It was kind of neat I found your blog as I am in the middle of a live colon cleansing case study of my own and I have found reading your day by day to be on spot with my results too. Nothing happened until the 3rd day and I was glad to see that other people had the same result as me. I thought maybe I was doing it wrong somehow.
Have you tried any other detox programs besides OxyPowder?
If you don’t mind, I would like to add you to my blogroll if you could add mine to yours as well. I left my blog URL in my name above.
Thanks
Hello again,
I spoke with you earlier this afternoon and I am amazedto hear about the results of your 7-day Oxy-Powder Cleanse. I am very interested in purchasing the product for myself. The question I have is, while you were taking your 10 capsules each night, how were your eating habits? Did you eat the same or formulate a special diet? How many meals and at what times of the day did you eat? I appreciate your input for consideration. Thanks again.
fasika,
Thank you for visiting my Blog page! When I started cleansing, I was very average, ate out and really didnt have a good grasp of my diet. While I was cleansing, after the 7 day initial cleanse, I started to make small changes to my diet. I found I ate out less and cooked at home more, and eventually I started eating more raw and organic. Now Organic foods are not cheap, so it is definitely hard to make that change, but as you change your diet you find that you need to eat less of the foods, just eating them more often. I also found that I didn’t stay as hydrated as well as I should (honestly I think if I tried my best I still wont drink enough water a day) and found that I needed to increase my water intake allot!
I would really suggest that you make these changes gradually, as I found it overwhelming to just try and change my whole routine right off the bat. Get comfortable with the dietary changes and try to get use to the good eating habits, these are the ones you want to try to keep!
Thanks again for stopping in to my page, take care and be well!
