Keep the Toxins away
Today is another beautiful morning, the weekend was awesome, nothing but sunshine! On that note, I hope your weekend was just as enjoyable.
Toxins are continually put into our systems, from the foods we eat, to the air we breath. One way or another you will have toxins in your system. One way to try to rid yourself from toxins, is to eat more raw organic foods. This would mean that you would go to the local grocery, and try to purchase organic, all natural products. Many of these items are not found through Walmart or K-Mart, many times you will find many good foods through HEB or Whole Foods Market. If your lucky you can find a farmers market close to you, this will show for maximum freshness of your fruits and veggies. Cleaning up your diet is one good way of keeping toxins from invading your system, putting good foods into your body help it run more efficiently. Try to think of your body almost like a car, you change the oil in your car every few thousand miles, it is a good idea to cleanse your body every so often as well. Many people aren’t aware, but much of the food we eat is not beneficial to the body, as it is eliminated it actually sticks to the side of the colon. Over time, this can build up to the point of compaction, or blockage of the bowl causing constipation. This seems like a good point to ask,
