Liver Gallbladder flush Final day

April 30th, 2007

So I completed the cleanse Saturday night, after drinking apple juice for 4 days.  I really despise apple juice currently, and I am trying my best to stay away from it for a while.

Supplies Needed for the final day of cleansing:

  • Epsom Salts
  • Heavy Whipping Cream and fresh berries (preferably organic)
  • Olive oil – Extra Virgin high quality – cold pressed organic
  • Oxy-Powder capsules
  1. At 2 p.m., drink 1-2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts (I couldn’t do this so I used Oxy-Powder instead) dissolved in warm, purified water (optional, but preferred – be near a bathroom when drinking the Epsom Salts (Oxy-Powder did this as well) as it will cause liquid stool within 20-30 minutes usually).
  2. At 5 p.m., drink 1-2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts dissolved in warm water (again, optional, but preferred).
  3. At 7 p.m., eat a dinner of heavy whipping cream and fresh berries – as much as desired. (For better flavor, combine the berries in a bowl with a teaspoon of natural cane sugar and let them sit overnight. Whip the cream in a large bowl just before serving. Mix the whipped cream and berries together to make a parfait.)  This was good, but it didn’t take long before I felt full, I actually blended  the berry’s in with the cream in the blender, it was really good!
  4. At bedtime, drink 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. A small amount (1/4 cup) of freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit, or lemon juice may be added if desired. Immediately after drinking the oil, go to bed and lie on your right side with knees drawn up to your stomach for 30 minutes. You may feel nauseated during the night. This is due to the release of stored toxins from the gallbladder and liver. This is normal and a sign that the protocol is working. If you feel the need to vomit, do so, as this is a normal release of toxins. This was the hardest part for me, the oil is very heavy and hard to get down,  just got to be a trooper and get it done!

I feel like there has been a pressure lifted off of my lower back, I am not sure why, but it is a good thing!  I feel like I have a little more energy as well.  Now I could have been gross, and counted the stones I have passed, but I saw that I did pass them so I didn’t sift through anything to get to them.  waking up early Saturday to have to sift through waste didn’t sound like fun.  I will try to pay close attention to what actually has happened with the cleanse, but over all I feel great today!

My Diet - The weekend

April 30th, 2007

I did paint a picture this weekend, but more than that, I actually went above my normal self and I help some one out. I am trying very hard to be more sensative to others needs, but at the same time listen to my own. I think I missed out on my true needs this weekend, other than cleansing, once again I feel I have let myself down. Lets look at my diet

Friday - Junk food night

Friday I ate nothing but junk food and watched movies. I felt bad, but in a way I didnt care, I felt I needed this.

Saturday

I woke up late and didn’t really eat until 3PM, at which point I had a bowl of cereal. In the evening I went out with friends and had a few drinks, and on the way home I ate fast food. My weekends need to be in more control.

Sunday

I feel Sunday was my best day, I woke up at about 1PM, I ate an omelet, and for dinner we had cooked veggies, and home made hamburgers.

I really notice that I have a hard time having a movement when I eat fast food over eating veggies and good foods. There is actually a huge difference in the way I feel the next day, even the next day after drinking the night be for. I actually felt bloated, and I feel this has carried over to today. I am going to cleanse with Oxy-Powder today and try to get some relief from this feeling.

Oxy-Powder maintance

April 27th, 2007

I have continued to do the maintenance dosage of the Oxy-Powder cleanse, I am still having a watery movement, and I still feel really good!  I am starting to notice that the color is changing to a darker brown movement, its been this way for a couple of days now.  I think I am starting to get to some of the compaction in my system, hence the change in color.  I am suppose to see a black color, but I have yet to see that.  I am really impressed with Oxy-Powder, it has really worked very well to make me more regular, and feeling better over all.

Liver/Gallbladder flush - Day 3

April 27th, 2007

My Liver Gallbladder Flush has be very easy so far,  for the first four days I am drinking    32 oz of apple juice mixed with SuperPhos 30.  Drinking this concoction is really not been to bad, and I have not felt bad at all so far.  I am getting tired of the apple juice itself, contemplating staying away from it for a while after this actually.   I hope the final day of this cleanse is as easy as the beginning, we shall see.

My Diet - day 7

April 27th, 2007

” I think we all have a little voice inside us that will guide us. It may be God, I don’t know. But I think that if we shut out all the noise and clutter from our lives and listen to that voice, it will tell us the right thing to do.”
Christopher Reeve

Speaking of that voice in the back of my head, I feel I let myself down last night. I have been a little stressed from work and just every day life, I broke down and went off my diet last night. At least I didn’t go over board though, I can still maintain and keep on truckin.

Breakfast 8:45AM

1 small bowl of oat meal ( I threw in some mixed nuts and raisins)

1 apple

1 20 oz glass of water

Snack 10:30AM

1 hand full of Banana chips

1 20 oz glass of water

Lunch 1:00pm

1 small bowl of homemade vegetable soup

1 20 oz glass of water

Snack 4:45PM

2 Chocolate cookies ( these where brought into the office I did not bring them)

1 20 oz glass of water

Dinner 8:45PM

1 small burger from Wendys ( no cheese)

1 small fries

1 16 oz glass of sprite

I fell of last night, but I have to stay strong, I did cleanse yesterday as well, so that should help to. I am still 6 pounds lighter than when I started, I don’t see much of a difference, but the scale doesn’t lie. I hope to have a good weekend, I am going to try to stay as good as I can!

Liver/Gallbladder flush - Day 2

April 26th, 2007

apple-juice.jpg

Day two on this cleanse, day one was a breeze, and yesterday was just as easy. I have to say, the apple juice does get a little old after a while, I love apple juice, but drinking this much takes a toll. If this is what I must do, then this is not to bad. I haven’t seen any issues so far, I have had to use Oxy-Powder to cleanse out my system, seems like I was a little sluggish yesterday. So far so good, I have no complaints other than the consumption of the apple juice so often.

My diet

burger.jpg

As I have continued my diet, I have started to really look at things I have eaten in the past. Why is it that most people think that the over sized hamburger is ok? As the evolution of food progresses, so does portion size. I am not trying to bad mouth the burger, because I love them to, but why so big? Its like a challenge to most just to finish these food items, and most don’t even think about what they are doing to there body. I have lost 6 pounds since I have changed my diet! That is almost a pound a day, I would rather loose a pound a day, then gain a pound a day. Here is my diet yesterday:

Breakfast 9:20Am

1 small bowl of flax seed oat meal ( with a few mixed nuts added for flavor)

1 apple

1 20 oz glass of water

Snack 11:25AM

1 handful of banana chips

1 20 oz glass of water

Lunch 1:00PM

1 handfull of carrots ( with ranch dip)

1 32 oz glass of water

Snack 3:55PM

1 hand full dried cranberry’s

Dinner 8:00PM

2 cups of tuna noodle casserole

2 cups of vegtable soup

1 20 oz glass of water

I had a good dinner last night, the tuna noodle casserole was great, it was a home made recipe, so I will post that for you later today.
