So I began my journey

March 29th, 2007

Good morning all, I tried to post last night and the site was down, so I am sorry if you did try to visit my page. This blog starts where the last one left off, and by the way, thanks for visiting!

So my journey begins, I now know about colon cleansing, and I am in the pre contemplation stage when considering this as an option. The product that was suggested to me was Oxy-Powder, an oxygen colon cleanser that is guaranteed to work. So I decided to do my home work, and I call the company that makes the product. They tell me that the Oxygen in the cleanse is going to make my movement completely water, ewwe. I don’t know about that one, that to me sounded scary. The company also informs me that Oxy-Powder is not habit forming, and that this cleanse will remove the toxins from my system. TOXINS, why are there toxins in my body? How did they get there? So I must do a cleanse to get these harmful toxins out of my body. I must do more research on this, as toxins sound scary as well, and I don’t want to hurt my body. So begins my search for more information about toxins, and this is a good stoping point as I would like to ask:

Do you know what a toxin is?

I’ve used Oxypowder before. It’s a good colon cleanser. If you are about to start, then you will be feeling like a new person, this time next week.

Toxins in your body can come from a variety of sources. If you have a poor diet or take alot of medications. oxypowder is a good way to get those toxins out of you.

I’ll check back with you and see how the oxy-cleanse went…

What is a toxin you ask? In relation to the body anything you consume that takes more energy from your body than it gives is a toxin. For instance it has been proven a number of times that a person can live on nothing at all longer than white refined sugar alone.
Refined flour, and white polished rice also take more from the body than they give and are less toxic than sugar, but are still toxins. Notice that I didn’t refer to them as foods and it is because I don’t classify them as foods.
